Maple Leaf Rag

This scarf is inspired by Scott Joplin's piano piece, "The Maple Leaf Rag." Bright, and cheerful, this scarf is as crisp as a fall morning. The bright red, yellow. and orange mix together, falling in organic width-wise bands.

Copper Harbor Drift Wood

A new photography set up at the studio is letting me get pictures out far faster than in the past. So stop by the Etsy Store to see what is new.

Water droplets reflect the sky, drift wood on a beach. This scarf uses warm browns and sky blue to echo some of my favorite beach walks, with hints of cream and grey. The crinkle texture is heat set, and makes this scarf a delightfully travel friendly accessory, no need to iron.

Wear it as a head band, belt, necklace, hat band or scarf. The uses are only limited by imagination.

For the two years following the closing of East Lansing’s Trillium Gallery in 2010, a small group of artist friends who had been associated with the gallery held a holiday art sale in the Bailey Neighborhood Pump House in East Lansing.

With more artists participating this year, a larger venue was needed, so All Saints Episcopal Church, across from the Hannah Center, was chosen.

It is familiar to area people as the location of the semi-annual Potters Guild shows.

Works will be offered for sale in a wide variety of media and in every price range.

Cash and checks are accepted, and most artists will accept credit cards
